The apartment hotel is centrally located. Next to it there are plenty of eateries and sights for u to see. The room is massive. The style is classic. Nothing for me to wow about. Pricing is reasonable. They don't seem to tidy your room or provide bottles of water. Reception is not friendly some with limited English.

Vi var fire kolleger, der skulle sove i 2 3/4 senge - ok, men der var kun 2 dyner og 4 hovedpuder. Da vi forsøgte at få to dyner mere, var det umuligt. Fik at vide, at det var standarden. Receptionisten talte kun ukarinsk. Det er meget svært at kommunikere via Google Translate.

A very decent small hotel in the very heart of Kyiv! Don‘t expect something extraordinary but a good value for money

Great stay! The location is amzing close to the famous avenue. You have a small shop to buy everything you need nearby and the people in the hotel are very nice. I strongly recommand it.

No one was at reception when I arrived but they turned up a few minutes later.

The location was very good and the room tidy. AC worked ok. An ok place if you use it only for resting, taking shower and sleeping. The inner yard outside was quite crappy, didn’t bother us though. Bed structure was a bit broken or loose so one of us had to sleep on a sagging matress. The shower was ok but the jacuzzi smelled terrible (not used or not cleaned inside the pipings).

Zimmer sehr geräumig und hell. Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal; aufgrund einer Flugverspätung kamen wir sehr spät im Hotel an, man hatte noch auf uns gewartet. Etwas unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer, Duschen in der Whirlpoolbadewanne ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man erst rausfinden muss wie man sich hinstellen soll ohne auszurutschen.

Whenever my wife and I stay in Kiev, we stay at this hotel. It's location is second to none being 50m from the Metro and a couple of hundred from the centre of Kiev. Make sure and spend the small amount extra and get one of the newer renovated rooms and you will not be disappointed. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Bed is comfortable and room came with a small kitchenette and eating area. The WiFi is strong and consistent and enabled me to work seamlessly while I was there. Staff are mostly friendly although late at night it is difficult to find someone to speak English on reception which is understandable. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a bath tub that could accommodate a small village which was quite nice. This being Ukraine, you should not judge this hotel from the building foyer of common areas as it is normal for these areas to be poorly lit and maintained. Also beware the elevator which can almost fit 2 people and their luggage which wants to kill you when you use it by trapping you consistently between its doors regardless as to fast you might think you are!!. On the whole if you are going to stay in Kiev, this hotel will not disappoint as a cost effective alternative to the main brands.

Normāls "studio" tipa apartamenta numurs daudzdzīvokļu ēkā. Pietiekami labi aprīkota virtuves sekcija, labs Wi-Fi. televizors, kondicionieris. Lielākais mīnuss- numurs bija piektajā stāvā, bet vairākas reizes. nedarbojās lifts. Arī pašā liftā, lai ietilptu 2 cilvēki, ir labi jāsaspiežas. Kāpņu telpa nav redzējusi remontu jau sen, bet šķiet, ka tā nav viesnīcas kompetence. Apkārt liela izvēle ar ēdināšanas vietām, divu minūšu gājiena attālumā no Hrešačtika un pusminūtes gājiena attālumā līdz metro stacijai.
