Die sehr gute Lage. Das Bett war aber schlecht. Eine neue Matratze wäre sehr empfehlenswert.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions and are always happy with it. The location is second to none...a simple 3 minute walk and you are right on Kreschatik and in the centre of the action. As in my previous review, do not judge the hotel by the entrance to the building otherwise you may be put off. The rooms are very well appointed with kitchen and a beautifully designed and fitted out bathroom including a jetted tub that could fit a small town in it!! WiFi is strong and allowed me to work without interruption. When you book make sure you pay the little extra and get one of the 3rd floor rooms as these are newly renovated and just gorgeous. Beware of the tiny elevator that will try to kill you at first chance....don't put your luggage in first otherwise the doors will slam shut and you will spend the rest of the day trying to work out where the elevator from hell took them. My wife and I come to Kiev often and we now never stay anywhere else other that Theatre Boutique Hotel. Well done to the staff.

Ich war etwas überrascht da es so gar nicht den Bildern entspricht. Immerhin war es sauber. Leider war so ziemlich alles defekt im Bad was defekt sein kann. Zudem durften wir in der Nacht um 3 Uhr noch das Bett selber anziehen. Lokation ist gut. Pflege des Appartmentsund Service miserabel.

Hotellet befinner sig på en bra plats, väldigt centralt. Dock måste jag klaga på att innergården är lite obehaglig då det kan samlas mycket skumt folk. Annars var vistelsen toppen, hotellet likaså.

价位和房间都是不错的，洗手间浴盆放出来的水是黄的。前台很小，电梯很古老。酒店位置很好。性价比比较好的公寓酒店。

Unser Apartment war in einem Nebengebäude, was wohl dem ukrainischen Standard entspricht. Der Fahrstuhl war für maximal zwei Personen ausgelegt, dann aber ohne Koffer 😅 aber definitiv mal eine Erfahrung wert dieses zu nutzen. Das Apartment an sich war definitiv besser als erwartet. Mir hat im Bad der Föhn gefehlt! Bei der Badewanne nagte ein wenig der Zahn der Zeit, aber ansonsten war alles sonst soweit in Ordnung.

Ailece konaklamak için En büyük çift odalı seçimi yaptım, ancak odaya girdiğimizde klozetin kapağı ve yemek madasının sandalyesi kırıktı. En büyük sorun -15 derecede ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu. Seyyar ısıtıcı getirdiler ama oda 53m2 olduğundan fayda etmedi. Gece oda değiştirdik. Loft diye adlandırdıkları yeni ve şık bir odaya geçtik. Ancak, bu oda fiyatı daha uygun olmasına rağmen aradaki farkı. Gece görevlisine iletmeme rağmenGeri ödeme yapmadılar. Otel yer olarak merkezi ancak bina özellikle büyük odaları verdikleri bina inanılmaz eski ve ürkütücü.

Everything was unbelievable. Clean, large, well equipped, secured, very closed to transportation means, staff are very kind and smileful.
