"Lovely accommodation, great value"

Terrific location, very central. Extremely spacious 1-bedroom apartment-style housing was tidy and clean. Good hot water, water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

"A real gem"

Hotel was lovely and quiet, had great facilities in the room including kitchen, living area and a lovely spa bath. Lots of stairs to get to room so not suitable for disabled guests. Spent one night after a Chernobyl tour, was so happy with the quiet hotel after a very tiring few days.

"Would have stayed longer! "

Comfortable, warm, and large. Very centrally located and easy to get there from the metro (Teatral'na on the red line). Make sure to let the hotel know when you will arrive especially if you are arriving late so she will be waiting at the desk (reception is on the second floor through the court yard). A washing machine was in our room, not sure if there is one in each room. no breakfast but plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the area.

"very well located"

Very well situated but inside a courtyard. Rooms are scattered around the courtyard. Staff is very accommodating. Unfortunately, there is very little done to the building and main entrance and hallways. The apart-rooms are nice but once you step outside, not so much mildly speaking. Even main corridor inside my section of the apart-hotel needed some tidying up. The elevator in my section was like a coffin for 2. if you put a large suitcase in it, you cant fit. you must run up the stairs - 3rd floor - to meet your luggage. Stuff was very friendly and accommodating.

"Nice out of the way apartment. "

Nice out of the way apartment/hotel, it out of the way with easy access to the center of Kiev. Also has daily turn down service. Room included, fridge microwave stove top and dishes . Bathroom was spacious with a very large whirlpool tub. Also was a nice lounge couch and windows you can open for fresh air since most places i noticed keep it warm.

"Not a good place to be !!!"

I call the place to change the day, no one of manager get back to me , only the housekeeper, she was very kind , I got there the next day and the manager was very arrogant, not polite at all !!! I had to find another hotel the same day , cause he don't help at all ! Very disappointed ((
