Excellent local, very spacious. Bathroom had a large hot tub.

Nice apartment. Everything you need for a good price. Good wifi and jetted tub. Downsides were a bed that was on the hard side and cheap toiletries.

Upscale interiors. Great experience. Very good location. Since it is apart-hotel it is important to give them your arrival time.

Check-in was smooth, once I called the hotel because I had some trouble finding the entrance. Someone showed us to our room and explained how the use the wifi and cable TV. The room was on the top floor of the building, which had a tiny elevator (it only fit one person and a small suitcase at a time). The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. High ceilings, spotless, well ventilated, quiet and a very comfy bed. The location is ideal and in walking distance to almost everything you might want to see. There are 2 metro lines within a couple of minutes walking. They provided a personal wake up call and arranged our taxi to the airport.

The apartment is right in the centre of the city. Very close to shops / restaurants/ attractions. Room was basic but modern and clean with modern bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice place. Close to the opera. It's located in an interesting courtyard with a lot of people coming and going. As long as you have contact with the staff it's not hard to find.

Excellent location ,reasonable price, spacious room, friendly staff(when you can find them) and reasonably clean but...there are problems. It is definitely not a hotel, at most partially refurbished apartment. Hard to imagine a hotel which does not provide room telephones and continuous access to the front desk ,definitely a problem in case of emergencies. In some rooms there are no commodes or shelves for storing clothes. The security box operates by a key not a code ,the room can not be bolted from inside and the room key does not always work.The access is through a dark, dilapidated courtyard and stairway or one person antique lift. All of this raises security concerns . Bathroom tissues are scarce ,no coffeemaker or kleenex tissues provided, TV access can be problematic .Instead of dishwashing liquid, soapy water is provided. The room service is sporadic ,at their convenience ,not that of a quest .
