Very nice and clean,very comfortable

It's missing some broshurs about Canmore ,and pass for Banff

Loved how spacious the accommodations were. Plenty of room and amazing vistas of the mountains. Very well appointed.

Frying pans need to be replaced and we needed a dishcloth - otherwise everything else was excellent.

Not being manned as we had problems getting into our block and there was no one to speak to

The heater was broken, and it was very cold. If you’re planning a weekend getaway, I recommend choosing a place where everything should be working. There were no front desk staff willing to help, and I was told all the units were privately owned. After three hours, I finally found helpful people at another location who gave us an electric heater. Overall, the experience was very bad.

Spacious 2 bedroom with great view.

Le jacuzzi en panne dès notre 2eme jour (très très froid), le nombre de vaisselle un peu juste.

The apartment was large.

The fittings were a bit worn and the lift was unreliable.
