Bellstar Suites at Solara Resort

The kingsize bed was good quality. Everything else was something less than that, most especially the non-existent customer support (including TWO telephone numbers that are no longer in service!), though the quality of the appliances was also good.

location was good. Staff was responsive

Rooms felt a little dated. Staff was responsive, however i found the bed smaller in the 2nd room and i also had a defective laundry washer which made things a bit of a mess.

Very spacious.

Hated the fact that we were told our code would get us into the front door when this was not the case. I had talked to someone about it but it was never resolved. Very inconvenient to get in and out of the building. Also not enough sugar and basic supplies like other Air B&B’s. Bbq was dirty and the last time it was used flipped the breaker so we had to reset the plug ourselves. Outdoor furniture is as also dirty and had bird droppings on it. Nothing to clean it with.

Beautiful view of the mountains. The suite was nice except the cleanliness of the floors. My families feet were black not even 5 minutes of walking around the suite.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this property, breakfast was delicious our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you
