Only one garbage bag in the suite. A 10 am checkout time seems early considering check-in is 4pm

The check-in process is painful. The elevator didn’t work. No one really explained how to check in or check out of the building. They say they sent stuff via text message that was never delivered. The building is very dated and rundown fixtures were ripped out of the wall in our room. The carpet is ripped and dents and dings in the wall. Fingerprints on everything. I went to wipe a mess off the floor and was disgusted with the black color of the cloth Indicating how filthy the kitchen floor is. This is a property in desperate need of a renovation and way overpriced for what is there? I would not recommend staying there and I would never stay there again.

Bel hôtel bien placé à Canmore pour faire les parcs de l'ouest canadien. Notre chambre était propre et bien équipée.

Hôtel assez vétuste avec très peu de service. La piscine est vraiment petite et pas très bien entretenue. Hôtel en travaux.

I booked two bed room for 8 people, one king , two Queen and one sofa bed, but when I check in in front desk they give me two bed room , but with only one king and one queen, I have to squeeze me and my husband in a one queen size, I talked to front desk, but they side they don’t have room for 8 people. They side it is Expedia got wrong.

The property was in very good state,the swimming pool facilities are very good,the grounds have very nice and lush greenery it is very quiet,i would stay in this property again 100%,very happy with them

Keep up the good work

Sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain, some utensils are not clean, floor in bad condition, carpet looks worn out, and the lighting is bad and depressing.

Location and two bedrooms for that rate love that

Ac broke and booking ppl never responded and we could sleep half the trip bc the ac didn’t work

Very disappointed, the blinds some are broken, cannot open properly, wifi was not stable, dropping packages. Only has a small pool sharing with three building.
