"Nice motel"

"Very roomy and clean"

We stayed in a back room. Very spacious lounge and bathroom. Minimalist fittings but good quality. Comfortable king bed. Quiet. Warm. When you opened the front windows you could hear traffic but closed nothing. Could be double glazed windows. Helpful manager and staff. Picked this because close to family. Would stay again.

"Excellent"

Minor thing but couldn't get some of sky channels. The free breakfast was not mentioned either.

"clean , cost effective place for a night stay"

Location is near the riccarton shopping area..prime location with good connectivity. Its a small place run by a eastern asian couple, who are warm and helpful. Rooms are quite basic but clean with a small kitchenette and utensils. Breakfast was quite disappointing ..but otherwise a decent place for a overnight stay. Microwave was not working in the room and they could not replace it so they heated food in their kitchen and provided . also if you are in the first floor you have to take your luggage up the steps yourself as there are no lifts , but thats a norm in most motels

"Traffic noise"

Even though this hotel is clean and positioned in a good area, the traffic noise made a good sleep impossible. Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Small kitchen which we didn't use except to refill water bottles. Close to shopping centre and restaurants.

"Avoid"

Shocker. No free breakfast (unless you count a small pottle of milk). Uncomfortable. Good size room though. Shower was nice but the arm wouldnt stay in place. I wouldn't go back. I guess you get what you pay for.1

"Comfortable room"

Good value for the money. Comfortable bed. The free wifi connection was good. They brought us our free breakfast at exactly the time we asked. The free breakfast is not much (half a sandwich, fruits, juice and cookies), but it's free :) Close to shopping mall and restaurants, but 20 minutes drive to downtown.
