This is the best Hotel in India to stay with your kids! I stayed here for 4 days with my 6 y/o son and the staff was simply amazing. They have a great room set up, Pool area and restaurant that caters for kids. Above all the staff were fantastic and genuinely care about kids. They assisted with Check In and Check Out placed towels animals in my son's bed. It was his first time and India and they made him feel welcome. Highly recommended if travelling with kids!!

The staff was most pleasant but I feel the JW Marriott could do with a bit of a revamp. The room (1426) I was allocated had mould all over the bathroom walls; the water for the shower didn't evacuate properly so I had to turn off the tap to avoid the water from over spilling and the top of the window curtains and nets could have done with a thorough dry cleaning. I found some hair on one of the beds as well. On the other hand I had a treatment in the Spa and it was most wonderful. The food was also excellent.

When I entered room I had bad smell of cigarette smoke in room. I called maintenance department and got cleared . Swimming pool we used one day. It looks good but me my kid and my friend all developed viral rhinitis. Is that from swimming pool ..
