"Great facility "

The facility is amazing and very friendly. However, my room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm, I reached at 5.30 pm but the room was not ready. I had to wait for another 30 min after a tiring journey until my room got ready.

I had a very good stay. The area where the hotel was not nice but it was nice to be able to go in and enjoy the facilities of the hotel after a long day. I chose this hotel because it was close to where I had to go everyday.

Wonderful experience at the JW Marriott in Pune. Exceptional level of comfort with superb service and breakfasts. We didnot have dinner at the hotel but judging by the standards I am sure this would have superb too.The staff have been very helpful and polite at all levels with a level of courtesy & flexibility that should be a lesson for other 5 star hotels This is truly a 5 star hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone visiting Pune. I would definitely stay here again if/when I visit Pune again
