Very enjoyable, relaxing stay, staff are attentive.
Nice hotel. Stunning views over Lake Taal and volcano. Pleasant pool area also overlooking the lake, and trees with monkeys. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Buses to and from Manila stop right outside the hotel. My only suggestion for improvement is the grass area which had large patches of dead grass.
It was our first time at Lake Hotel in Tagaytay and I could see myself booking with them in the future. the buffet breakfast offers a wide array of dishes and the rooms were clean. the staff were all very nice and accomodating which was an important thing that I consider when choosing to book at hotels...
Great service by the staff.. we checked in early and they managed to get us a room quickly...
Bad weather we was not enjoying
First night we book our room on the first floor .. we found out that’s there is lot of mosquito and the air purifiers need a new filter.my husband been eating alive with the mosquito so the next day we upgraded our room lucky our room is good no mosquito but my friend room still lots of mosquito!
Close to everything, lakeview, good breakfast selection.

Everything OK except their food. As traveller one that makes me feel relax and happy is the cleanliness of the place,, how hospitable the stuff is, how fast they serve, and most of all how good their food is. Everything OK specially their view, you will see taal lake near and clear. Except their food. Nothing special. They should improve the quality of and maintain the freshness of their food. Keep it warm. 🙏😊
