Our check in was supposed to be 2pm (Saturday) but did not have the room available til 2.45pm. Reason being the room wasn't cleaned yet. Asked for a late check out on Sunday because of this and was denied. Not impressed. Thankfully the concierge on Sunday allowed this to be.

It’s a very good hotel to stay for a couple of nights but the room I booked it feels very exhausted because I didn’t know that it’s in the lower ground , but the other room I book for my sister is excellent but they have to pay $119 more just to upgrade their room (with the balcony)...so far overall is ok...the food is great but be careful to what type of your you want
Late check in Pool has a lot of small dirt, tiles underneath are slippery, now frequently cleaned in my opinion. Food and room is good. The air cleaner in the room already needs filter replacement

Excellent service.. They always look after us and I love the breakfast every morning. My stay here is really spectacular.. My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights here.
By far the nicest we found in the area for the price. Great staff and service. Great view from rooms in the Taal side. Not all rooms have the same so confirm on booking. Location is great with easy access to markets and recreation, and a wealth of restaurants and bars. Good secure parking. Infinity pool with spectacular view. Great relaxing stay and highly recommended. Thank you.
