The location is fantastic, just needed to ensure that the place is well maintained, i dont know if it happens frequently but during my stay i encountered a clogged toilet bowl and the aircon has a noisy sound when its operational. We just off the ac although its quite stuffy coz we cant stand the noise from the unit. But what made me give an excellent rate is the warmth of the people all staff are very polite very welcoming and very accommodating. Thats what matters and what makes my stay feel better
The location was great, parking area was secured, the room was spacious and clean, the view overseeing the lake plus the weather...it was amazing. The staff were courteous, attentive and accomodating especially Mr. Allan, the manager at the breakfast buffet area makes us feel so welcome and entertained us so well. The breakfast buffet was not only delicious but also has wide array of variety to choose from. Just a suggestion you can remind your guests about the check-out once no need to repeat it especially if it's not yet beyond their check-out time; and a litte soundproofing of the room could help as well. But over-all the place was perfect for relaxation :)

The room aircondition is fair and the restroom has a little bit kf smell. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. The pool are great and the staff is super fantastic. The breakfast buffet is the best, it serves variety of food. We will stay there again.
Very nice hotel with amazing views. Breakfast was worth staying here in itself. The buffet was huge with many types of Filipino delicacies. The employees were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again.
