Seventy-four Ranch

This place was absolutely amazing! It’s a very unique stay with so much comfort. There was a board in the front that even had our names welcoming us! What a first impression!!! The s’mores by the fire at night ended our night perfectly! We will definitely be coming back here just to stay and enjoy the property longer!

We had an amazing stay. They were very friendly and accommodating.

The house is very nice and although it is an old house, does not smell old. The room and the bathroom were clean. (Be advised that you share a bathroom with other guests and bring your own hair wash, we only found soap bars) The Owner is nice and accomodating. When we called, she always answered. With the cost in mind, this is a very nice choice to stay.

This was my second time staying at 74 Ranch and I absolutely love it there! Pam the owner is so accommodating and makes the best blueberry waffle I’ve ever tasted!! Her sister and property staff Manny are also so kind and hospitable. I truly feel at peace on the property and love seeing the horses which is a major bonus! I also loved hearing about the history of the ranch. I would highly recommend this place!!

We did not stay. I booked the saddle cabin which I thought had a separate bedroom. It did not. We had to share a bathroom with the room next to us. The mattresses on bunks were horrible. Cob webs everywhere. No live TV…only streaming capabilities if I logged in with MY account. No in-room fridge. The traffic outside was loud! On the positive side, the host, Pam, was very nice and welcoming. I imagine we would have had a better experience if I had booked a bedroom inside the house.

It is a 200 year old Bed and Breakfast that holds a lot of history and relics. It overlooks pastures and mountains. The hostess was extremely friendly, and provided a lot of details on its history. We will definitely be going back!

Go back to 1890’s ranch atmosphere with 2000’s service. Quite, relaxed environment with horse riding for the adventurous. Close to north GA wineries, apple orchards, small town festivals, and water activities.

The breakfast was delicious, the views were serene, and I love waking up to the horses.

We had a wonderful time. Pam is a gem, and she have us the history of the Seventy-four Ranch and brand. We stayed in the Overlook Suite. Minus a few dusty, old cobwebs (hardly even worth mentioning)...the place was perfect. You can tell the animals are well cared for. Javing a private bath was greatly appreciated. Don't pass up this place!
