Hotel Marbella

It was well located, offered trips & excursion, great booze cruise,! Great a/c, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower..that's all we needed.

Pool can be very crowded sometimes. Facilities need some update.

Too much noisy people stars They star making repairs very early

They have bed bugs in my hotel bed, bed bugs bite me, I have bed bugs bite marks all over my body, and is very itchy, I had to go to the nearest farmacy to buy bedbugs cream and medicine because the itching in my body is very bad, I have alot of bedbugs bites all over my body. Very bad experience, I do not recommend this hotel to people, because of the bed bugs and I told the receptionist to switch me to another room and the other room had bed bugs too. I took a few pictures of my bedbugs bites, If you need proof.

This location is right on the beach, very beautiful! The property itself is VERY outdated and has clearly not been remodeled since it was built. The key to the door is literally a key, painted over walls and doors, just very outdated. The rooms do have AC but it’s an on or off function no option to modify the temp. The rooms are outdated that you can hear everything, loud music from the ground level, people in the halls, etc. I personally felt the images for the hotel and the rooms did not accurately depict the rooms condition. Overall the staff was very nice, clean property, great location, and enjoyed our stay.

No elevator, staff in the restaurant are rude

It was my 5th or 6th time in this hotel, it is my favorite place in Manzanillo. It feels safe, it has a good parking lot, it has private security, good A/C, the place is clean and well maintained. Also it is very close to a supermarket and several other restaurants.

I was able to see the beach from my window

Tranquilo y muy agradable lo recomiendo.

Staff were great but the rooms need an upgrade
