Great value, friendly staff

No room with view available until I was willing to pay 100mxn per night but I needed 2 doubles which wasnt avaiable. Our room was old. Mold in bathroom. Bed lights old and rusty. AC worked but loud.

Check in was not great. Not much English spoken here. There was no room with and ocean view but she was going to offer one for $100mxn extra per night but they didnt have our required 2 beds. The room we ended up with was old and tacky with mold in the bathroom but no other rooms were available. When I went to vheck in the next morning there were about 30 people checking in. No other room available. The AC worked well but no control. It was either on or off and it sounded like a jet airplane.

They don’t stand behind their word when a specific room is asked for ?

The property was good, the staff was very nice, safe, well located. The downer was the restaurant. The lunch staff was excellent, the food was terrific. The dinner staff was terrible, table service nonexistent, charged for items I did not ask for, no manager or effort to resolve it, half of the restaurant staff was having a happy chats at the front desk while we were waiting, and waiting, and waiting, had to get up and get my wife a setting, or wave down someone to get anyhting all evening long. So next time yes for lunch, NO for dinner.

I was not given room booked. Much conversation and 300 pesos more. Finally got it. First day Ok. Screaming kids came for next 2 days in ADULT pool, clothes on. Complained 3 times. Not much good. Nobody ever showers before pool. Kids in adult pool from 11AM to 10Pm. Pounding bass from somewhere in complex at bedtime. Not restfull . Unhappy customer. Rooms very clean.

We liked the easy 2 minute check in, They knew our names before we even told them. .we were early, told the time our room would be ready. restuarant has good meals and easy going happy staff. the pool area was busy ,but not so crowded we had to fight for seats. everything was clean enough. families spent time there enjoying their time together. we will go again.
