Bhavana Private Villas

We have stayed here 3 times and it is clear from our most recent visit that maintaining and keeping the property in good condition is not a priority. It's tired with many things not working and in need of update or repair. Location is great and its comfortable however it hasn't aged well. The staff in general are great but the state of the property lets it down.

We have had five different bills over the years, but we may have to move on now

With the development next door there is no privacy people sitting on your bathroom walls workmen overlooking the pool and your back deck shower and toilet just zero privacy

Close to facility’s, supermarket, restaurants and laundromat.

Was some building work being done behind us with jackhammer early in morn and loud workers.

It was great and the pool was great.

Nothing.

I didn't like the cost of the breakfast; it was very average, and they never came at the time we requested. They came earlier every time and woke us up. There was constant construction right next to our villa. It started early and finished late at night, and I had to complain. Bats made a miss every night in our villa, and my bed was hard as a rock.

Location wise it was good. The staff were friendly on a daily basis.

The property always had stained towels. No water provided daily. There was a lot of maintenance items that needed repairing in the villa and outside area. There was no minibar as stated. Didn’t provide enough tea or coffee you had to ask. Shower door hits the wall. Pool didn’t smell of chlorine and had bits in there. No net provided for villa to fish items out. Hair dryer wasn’t very good. Never smelt of cleaning products in the room after housekeeping had been. Pool had broken tiles.

Very nice staff are all superb & super helpful, breakfasts were great , sure the villas could do with some minor maintenance as previously mentioned but they are old so slightly expected "" there definitely not popping like the photos portrayed but still nice and comfortable....would happily stay again
