A little noise as the villa was close to the road

I think these villas would be very good if they had kept up with basic maintenance, I can see that they were once very nice but everything has been allowed to kind of decay and become shabby. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't slightly broken or dirty or badly maintained. I don't think it would take much effort to fix all these things once and then employ people to keep the standard up. Compared to other places we've stayed, these issues were a bit of a let down. The staff were wonderful and the location was on par with anywhere in Seminyak so no issues there. I just saw so many things that if they'd just been more proactively fixed they wouldn't have become bigger issues.

Only wish was that the air conditioner was in front or behind the bed as you don’t get direct airflow

The breakfast was cooked in our villa. Thoroughly disgusting. Was meant to get toast but got scrambled eggs on bread with no butter. To top it off the rest of the breakfast was cold. It seems it was cooked in another part of property and bought to our room. The eggs were the only thing cooked in the villa. Extremely disappointed

The photos on the Booking.com site looked like they had been taken 10 years ago. When we got there the shower was broken, the toilet was broken, the kitchen was meant to be fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking but there was not a thing in the kitchen. The whole villa was dirty and towels were not clean. Very very disappointed

Great place and amazing staff would stay again and rhe villa was awesome only thing id do different is get the free breakfast package

Dirty, stains on the pillow and bed. Ants everywhere and also a bit of mould. Also no response for the airport shuttle being offered.

I absolutely loved it here. The staff were very friendly and always cleaned up the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and they always fleeted the rooms and outdoor areas to prevent mosquitoes.
