Bhavana Private Villas

We enjoyed our stay here. The villas are a little tired. They need a deep clean and a little bit of work, maybe some new towels and a bit of work on the pools. Had a few tiles fall off the pool while we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken, most of the doors are a bit stiff, etc. Cannot fault the staff. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and polite.

The staff are all amazing people. 5 star service all round. Will definitely stay again.

The photos must be very old because the villa didn't look anything like what I see on my booking. The ladies come to the villa to cook breakfast, how nice. They came in with 4 banana pancakes already made and offered them to us. We accepted two, we'd already ordered our breakfast upon check-in. She also offered another juice, to which we said yes to please top up the 3/4 full glass. She gave us a whole glass then charged us $AU25 for two pancakes and 1 glass of juice. I was horrified, wo.shw gracefully said ok only $20. WHAT???? Soooo sneaky. The minibar is an empty old fridge. Ceiling fan didn't work. Toilet barks like a seal every 2 minutes. Mozzies galore. Hard bed. Thought I was going to fall through the deck. I will NEVER stay here again. In fact, we left at 9am the next day and booked elsewhere. They refused to give me a refund also. I'd avoid this place if you want comfort and honesty. Picture shows the two ladies who charged me $20 for two pancakes and one juice

Place is really run down compared to my 1st stay back in 2017... looks like no maintenance since then - understand covid impact etc - such a shame great location feels like the owners don't care as much as they should. Place needs to be fully renovated and needs a very deep clean - sadly can't recommend.

It was ok for the price. Beautiful area but noisy due to construction of other villas next block.

Good location with access to other parts of Seminyak & Bali. Completely private villa with private pool and friendly hosts at reception. Lovely big bed with mosquito treatment by hosts every evening. Great to have a sound system in the villa for some tune when relaxing. Kitchen with fridge to keep drinks cold, small shop and laundry just across the road.

The villa was in need of maintenance with rotten or loose decking boards, some lighting not working, general age to many facilities and kitchen cook top not functioning. The daily breakfast was basic and had to be prepared in neighbors villa due to the non functioning kitchen items in our villa. The hosts made all efforts to rectify any issues, but items simply needed repair or replacement.
