Noise from the road

The rooms would get wet when it rained, saturate the bathroom and the floors in bedroom and outdoor area would also have puddles on them

The pond with the turtles and the staff were lovely though we did find them slightly interrupting when we were eating breakfast The pool was great but not clean unfortunately

One toilet did not flush The decking was old and broken There was a dangerous gap left exposed There was construction next door which left us to cancel our accommodation and move, constant hack hammering all day from 0800 - not the relaxing Bali vibe people want! Would have been nice to be informed and we would not have booked on this occasion

We are been many times in villas in Bali but this one is so bad specially bathroom and kitchen was so dirty swimming pool never been cleaned, strongly not recommend to anyone to stay in this Villa Azem and Mirsada Perth

The area was very clean and nice. There is plenty of space in the private villa. Breakfast is cooked fresh in your villa if preferred. Would highly advise making sure you keep the doors to the room closed as the mosquito will get in and eat you ar night. Beds came with nets that keeps the mosquitoes out I highly recommend using. Very quiet and the staff are very pleasant.

The staff at the villa were lovely, but this property is dated and not up to standard. Expedia you need to keep your records up to date as this property is not as per the photos on your site - very disappointed. Dirty old towels, cupboards falling off hinges, dirty cutlery, bathrooms were dirty, toilet not working properly. Construction constant right outside our villa.

Construction building next door. Started at 8am until after 6pm. We planned to relax, instead we had to go out all day. Requested to move rooms which happened the day after we discussed with staff. Which we were grateful for as the original bed was not good and on the first day, we requested this to be looked at and nothing was done. The pool was great and large but had tiles coming of which made it sharp on the feet in some places. the water features also did not work. Little disappointing as this was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, but we made the most of it.
