SGBetter location and more economic choice than Westin for skiers. Very easy to get on gondola and chair lift. And more restaurants and choice of food. The fireworks and Xmas choir on Xmas Eve is wonderful
Facility is quite old. Dimly lit long corridors and strange music and unexplained noises make my whole family (and my friend’s family) feel the hotel is haunted. Compared to my stay in the same hotel 10 years ago, the hotel staff have become more commercial and less friendly. Cleaners are hired from south east Asia who are not well trained yet —— they left two pieces of used dish cloth on my coffee maker and tray.

AULocation to ski fields
Not enough seating for meals. Crappy open times of restaurants. Staff were so slow at serving. When you’re paying a huge amount for lift passes and hire but it takes two hours for lunch because food service and table availability was so bad, not good. The facilities are really old and not that clean. The rooms were dusty and if the room next door was showering the same time as you you would get scalded. For the price, it was pretty crappy

AUPerfect ski in ski out resort and amazing for family with kids. You will ave everything you need without getting out of the resort. Good restaurants, entertainment, family activities and more.

The hotel is very outdated, the serive is very limited, the toilet in the room stink, the buffet breakfast is very crowd and the foods are same everyday., no temperature control in the room. In terms of room quality and service etc. it's is very expensive and really not worth it.
AUProximity to the ski fields, lifts. Gear rental process was straight-forward. Counter staff and bell captains were all very helpful. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet at OktoberFest reataurant were exceptional and reasonably-priced. Gym/wellness centre was well-equipped. A wide range of snow activities for patrons who are not skiiing. Free shuttle from Sapporo (needs pre-booking online).
The rooms are dated but clean. Heater settings in the room could do with some fine-tuning (even the low setting is super hot (room temp of 30 deg!) so we ended up leaving it off or open the windows even when it was -7 deg outside!). Magic carpet wasn't operational the whole time we were there so novices or beginners had to walk up the slope again and again which was tiring. Indoor climbing and bouldering facility were fairly rudimentary.
