The dinner bed and breakfast was terrible. Only really two buffet restaurants we could use for dinner every night and every night the food was exactly the same. Food was mediocre and not brilliant. If you could use a certain amount of credit in the other restaurants this would have been much better.

AUThe onsen is great , the food is great and the rooms and locker rooms are great ,
The resort and the mountains are totally over run with school student travel groups with up to 150 students all over the mountains at beginner level totally chocking up the lifts , the narrower trails , then you go to the loscker room packed with students , then you go to the onsen packed with students , the management between school groups and full paying customers is handled very poorly, some days when there were limited lifts running some areas were restricted to students ONLY ! So all the full paying customers were squashed in to one small run which made shoulder season feel like peak season …..it’s my 3rd trip to Rusutsu, I love the place but I am now looking for some where else in japan , the place is destroyed by the crazy student mismanagement, in japan we love to IT CANT BE HELPED ! NO .. it can be helped , do something about protecting this piece of ski paradise !!
TW方便ski in and out但是買雪票要跑到1樓有點麻煩，有中文的服務員耐心的解決問題，尤其是大廳那位男士，協助非常多，大大加分，館內免費的旋轉木馬，水舞秀，3D投影秀，單軌列車，住5天都不會無聊
雖然連住5晚，飯店講求環保，一樣的價錢應該要補的咖啡包還是要提供給住宿者

KR주변 골프장 이용하기에 가까워서 좋으나 그 외 시설이나 도시는 전무함. 산속에 고립된 느낌
리조트 내부와 주변에 식당이 너무 부족하다.
