The Bell Pool Villa Resort

Just stay here. One of the best places I have stayed ever. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing and the villa was amazing. Quiet but a 5 min ride to Kamala beach and tours abound. We stayed in the entire time because you just get there and it's too perfect to leave.

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I recently honeymooned at The Bell and we loved it. We are from Orlando, Fl hospitality capital of the world, and we were blown away by our villa and the service we received! My husband and I didn’t have one negative thing to say about this place. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was so friendly, the staff was always willing to help. Daniel was awesome and gave some really helpful advice on the nice places to go. The pool was very nice and really big. It was super warm when we went and the humidity was very high, but we were able to take a dip in the pool to cool off. Thailand is a very beautiful country and this hotel represents that in every aspect.

Had plenty of opportunities to do through them, lots of non advertised tours etc

My stay at the Bell Pool Viklas was amazing. The villa itself was great and very clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful with anything that was needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at.

My family and I enjoyed so much for our stay at the bell, The staff here are very friendly and helpful , perfect place to stay with family, my children love the pool, we will definitely stay there again if we visit Phuket again.

The villa is beautiful and the staff is nice but most don’t speak English at all and don’t understand. They also got the breakfast wrong and dealt with it in the wrong way. They didn’t deliver a part of the order, when we asked, they canceld that peice. So one got his breakfast and that other had to wait for another hour to get his. Not even an apology or offer to bring a hot new breakfast for both of us. They came for a quick clean at 5pm and even when they say that it’s a fully private , they will just walk in if it’s not locked. In the property there is nothing other than the villa and the location is not good. I must say that the villa is amazing , the living room is beautiful and so is the bed room. Unfortunately the pool is cold to enjoy

The villas are great, clean and completely private. Only negatives were the food and the staff communication. Would 100% recommend having a car when you arrive it’s like a bad decision was made, but once inside it’s lovely. Very safe. Would stay again if in the area.

The villa is beautiful, cool and make me feel relaxing. The pool is nice and the size is suitable (some villas have very small pool). Most of the staffs are nice and helpful. Also, the size of the breakfast and barbeque dinner are quite big and taste quite good as well. But for the insufficiency, the water pressure of the bathroom is too small, it is really inconvenient ! Moreover, it is a little bit rude for the cleaners come in our villa without notification in advance. We felt shocked when almost 10 cleaners came in suddenly. I also hope the staff can reply my email because I sent two emails to them for enquiry but they only reply one.

Amazing stay, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. stayed for 1 week but wish we could have stayed longer. As it was raining when we arrived we were driven straight to our villa and the staff from the reception came along and booked us in there whish was a nice touch.

Beautiful villa very spacious, good service, absolutely loved the pool.
