If you are looking for a central, comfortable, and reliable spot in the heart of Bangalore's business district, juSTa MG Road (located at Craig Park Layout) is a solid choice. It offers a great balance of boutique charm and corporate convenience, especially for those who need to be near the Trinity Metro Station or the surrounding offices. The room was very spacious and clean with adequate toiletries. ​The Breakfast Experience ​The breakfast here is best described as simple and functional. It is not a massive, overwhelming spread that you might find in a 5-star international chain, but it covers the essentials well. You can typically expect a mix of South Indian staples (like soft idlis and crispy dosas) alongside classic toast and fruit.

Good hotel and very comfortable accommodation, very near Trinity metro station. The staff were very polite and pleasant, especially Mr. Nityam. The food service was also good compared to other nearby hotels. I stayed for four days, and the room service cleaned my room and provided fresh amenities every day.

Worst Hotel Experience – Not Worth Even ₹500! Just checked in after paying ₹5200, and the condition is pathetic. The bed and cot are of extremely poor quality, the TV is stuffed inside a cupboard, and the mini fridge is a damaged scrap piece. The room was not even cleaned properly — it smells terrible and looks very old and poorly maintained. There’s a cheap ₹800 fan in the false ceiling, and none of the lights there are working. It feels more like a lodge than a hotel. Totally disappointed. Not worth the money at all. Rating: ZERO or even negative if possible.

I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have. Would not recommend, total waste of money!

Very good hotel , Housekeeping service was very good ,I will highly recommend to this hotel for excellence peoples , Location is very good ,Food really very tasty .I will recommend each and every peoples ..Thanks for nice stay here ,I will appreciate to all staffs .

I had the pleasure of staying at Justa MG road for the past two days, and I must say, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay truly memorable. The food was another highlight of my visit. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The flavors were authentic, and it was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft.

I stayed there for a week and the service was excellent and food was very good. You will see Nithyam who is always smiling, welcoming and keeps checking if your stay is comfortable or if there is any concerns. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Hotels is good, ambiance are awesome service is neat Room are neatly maintained Room service is good and service team Mr nityam is good in responding and give good service and good is too delicious and having variety of dishes I will visit when ever I come to Bangalore
