Very common hotel right in the centre of Nice!

Single rooms were a little tight and the wifi was spotty. Overall, good experience, good service, and amazing location! Priced really well for a quick stay.

This hotel is perfectly located, but that is the only perfection to mention. The receptionists were friendly and that is the only forthcoming thing to add. If you need to stay for a night or two, no need to read the rest of my writing. However, if you would stay for a week, be ready to face the fact that during my stay of the kind the towels were changed only once, and the room was cleaned that only time. The bad sheets were not replaced at all, and I needed to ask for some more toilet paper. Also make sure you have your own soap, shampoo etc, because what you will find at the moment you enter the bathroom is meant for one use only. The very word to describe the room itself is scarcity. The furniture is limited to an extremely basic level: mine did not have a wardrobe, but a few hangers hanging on an iron rod. A free wireless internet option was there, but no TV or phone service available. Air conditioning, as well as a stove-top and a small fridge were included. All in all, not unacceptable but only if you are able to ignore what you do not get and feel satisfied with what is obtainable for the affordable price you pay.

Room was a health & safety danger - need to climb over bed to enter /exit and use bathroom. My first instinct was to prop one bed up against wall. one bed a fold up other bed a 2ft 6inch. even covers did not match. shampoo sachets from previous occupants!

This is very budget hotel compared to price. The room is very smaller advertised. Single rooms should not be used because they are very very small. Location ia very good amd only 5 minutes away from the Gare. Staff is very friendly. For budgetary and shorter stays. I would recommend this hotel.

staff excellent room horrible. central location was a twin room but to access bathroom or enter leave it was necessary to climb over one of the beds!! given that there were cooking facilities exiting room amounts to a health & safety issue! not aware of any evacuation procedures or fire alarm. Bed was narrow i think 2ft6.width. Hotels.com charged high season price when stay was off peak. hotel made an extra charge for stay 4 or more days.

Location was perfect. 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Old town Nice was wonderful in the evening and always felt safe. Will stay again

Excellent location for money

Enjoyable- good value - cooking facilities helpful- Monoprix just around the corner. Staff speak English. If people are looking for 4-5* pay the extra and go there.

The staff was extremely friendly and spoke a decent amount of English. There is an elevator and they also allowed us to store our baggage after checking out so we could walk around before the next leg of the trip. They also had beach equipment that you can rent for free! They were very helpful with recommending places upon request. The room was very small as was expected in a big city in France. It didn't matter too much to us though, since we aren't there to stay in the hotel the whole time - it had the essentials (plus a tiny kitchen!). Would definitely consider staying here again if we were to come back to that area.
