Petit Louvre

I stayed in a studio with just myself. The room was clean and in good condition. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. It was quiet at night. I could walk to the beach or old town in about 15 minutes or take the street trolley at the end of the block. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main train station. Some people might feel cramped. The shower stall was small and there wasn't much open floor space. The bed was reasonably comfortable but not luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good value.

Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. Sofa bed in the studio was ok for 3 nights, but maybe not for longer stay. Air conditioner started leaking water while my stay. As it was on Sunday, it could not be fixed that day. The hotel offered me another room though for my last night, if needed.

The single studio was great for a couple of days (equipped with small kitchen area and utensils). The location is superb, 5-10 minutes walk from the main train station depending on how quick you walk, just off the main shopping street and 10-15 walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, helpful and available. The room was small but comfortable so I'd happily stay again if I was visiting Nice.

For a weekend break this was perfect. The rooms are small but clean (take shampoo and a towel!), the location is fantastic and the staff are friendly. For the price we were very pleased.

Bare bones and tiny, but inexpensive and great location, clean, quiet, and helpful staff. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly, the room was tiny but for my purposes was ok. Good location close to everything.

Stayed here for a short holiday, and overall reasonably happy. Room was very small, but the fridge and kitchenette were useful. Some things in the hotel were a bit broken (shower head mechanism, stairs). Location is good, close to the main shopping street and a 10m walk to the beach. Was charged, and then refunded a 'cleaning fee' after pointing out it was not listed in the booking description. Overall staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English well.
