Petit Louvre

Le Petit Louvre is right place for a first time visitor on a budget to the French Riviera. It's proximity to the Main Station, the Tram, bike and eletric car rentals, and the fact that it is right in the cultural centre of the town, very close to beach makes Le Petit Louvre a very unique place, a hiddden gem, with even Monoprix food store and the Café Lyon restaurant around the corner. This "little hotel" is understatedly a 'grand hotel". Clean rooms, quiet, safe and my room had fully equiped kitchen, and Karen , the front desk manager provides great "concierge' service. I can definitely recommend this hotel. It was surprisingly and reasonably affordable.I'm definetely going back! Joe Las Vegas, USA

Small, cozy studio just off the main boulevard and close to the train station. It is very simple but suited me nicely. Staff are very helpful.

Within walking distance of train station, old town and the Promenade. Front desk staff was wonderful. Cannot check in until 2pm, so find something to do before that (someone there in am also). If small room is an issue, get the larger room for three.

Great location. There is nothing negative other than the room being very very small.

the room was good for the two of us, my daughter and me. The kitchenette was a convenient feature, but bar stools were cumbersome to sit on. Otherwise it was perfect especially with the helpful staff, namely, Corrine. On our arrival, she described the area and gave info.

Great location for what you pay definitely smaller rooms don't expect much. But really why would you be in the room anyways? 5 minutes from the train station, 10 from the beach

Very small room. Showers small as well. But thats typical of French hotels. Beds aren't that comfortable. Positive. . Excellent location. Next to the shopping street and close to the beach and main railway station. Owners are very nice as well.

It is small budget hotel. Karin was very cooperative & helped a lot during the entire stay. The room was equipped with microwave , some utensils , cups and dishes. There were so many discount coupons kept in the reception,which saved our money. The hotel makes available free of cost, umbrella and mats for beach activity.Rooms are comparatively small but you get what you pay for. Though the room cleaning is done once in 3 days, towels were made available as required. The hotel is at strategic location close to train station. Many Indian restaurants nearby was added advantage for us. Overall it was good experience to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for four nights and it is value for money! Had an apartment room which was a little on the small size but the building itself is very old. Plus there is so much to explore in the area you're rarely in the room anyway! Comfy bed and friendy and helpful staff. They even have a box full of beach stuff (mats, umberellas) you can borrow for the day free of charge which was a nice touch! Some of the tiles on the stairs in the stairwell were cracked or missing so you had to step around them, but apart from that it's an all round nice place to stay, and only about a 5 minute walk from Nice Ville Station.
