Petit Louvre

We stayed 6 nights and to be honest it was a nightmare. Te room is very small, the bed is horrible, the bathroom is ok however, the shower courting didn't stay on place and there is nowhere to hang the shower. The good thing is that they keep the room clean and tidy. The location is perfect as the price. It could be a good choice for one person but definitely not for a couple.

Good comfortable hotel, just off main road to beach (about 800 metres). Surrounding area could be a bit better although it's not too far to the main drag.

Great place and location! Right near the Main Street. However, the sink did get blocked on our first night, and the maintenance was slow. Shower head low pressure, not much space in a triple room. Two big boys had to share a wheelie double bed. But overall very friendly, competent in English, even though they didn't have to be. Really helpful and relatable staff. Would probably stay here again. Just with less people.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel that was centrally located. That meant that the hotel would probably have minimal amenities and would probably not be the most comfortable. But I got more than I was expecting with this hotel. First of all, the hotel staff was about the most pleasant I have seen anywhere in the world! The room itself was small with a small shower but it included a little kitchenette! There was a stove, a mini fridge, a microwave, and it was equipped with utensils, plates, glasses, bowls, and basic cookware. There was a table that folds against the wall when not in use with a couple of bar stools. The hotel is on a dead end street so there was virtually no traffic in this very busy part of the city so it was very quiet. It is 1/2 block off of the pedestrian-only Place Rosetti - the main walk way through Nice. There is a grocery store right around the corner. Continue down Place Rosetti to the lovely beach and to Old Town. No need for a car with the location of this hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and I would love to stay there again the next time I visit Nice. Just keep in mind that this hotel is perfect the low maintenance traveler, someone who will be spending little time in the hotel and more time out seeing the sites!

Very good place to rest your head for the price. Free wifi was a plus and location is excellent.

The staff was great, extremely helpful and friendly. Only problems - air conditioning didn't work that well, and the drain in the bathroom sink seemed clogged, it drained very slowly.

This was a very cute, quaint hotel right near Jean-Medecin (the main street). We stayed in a 3 person room which was perfect for us. Staff was generally friendly and helpful and we had a very good stay.

It was a very short and sweet stay. The room is a bit small but the staff was friendly, the location was quite central. Clean small room. Happy customer.
