Terrible hotel!

Good value for the location. It's close to all the big hotels on the beach but it's a strange setup. I got a room with an ocean view but I wouldn't spend the extra money because you are in a strange location and you can't really see the ocean since it's blocked by a pool and bars on your windows. Overall its a good value for the location but it's strange.

Stay was great for the price they had great service but there WiFi sucked

The hotel is in front of the beach and the renovated rooms are really nice

The rooms are not as advertised. They are dark, have almost no windows, and have an awful smell. Overall the building is depressing. The hotel staff is unprofessional. (Unfortunately, it is hard to add more details with this system.)

Once that we got pass the shady entrance, on a mezzanine by the marina hotel, we were please with the room and the hotel over all.

Surprised NOT TO RECEIVE a conformation and arrived at the hotel around 11 am and told,that it is too early to check in and that we should come after 3:pm!My wife asked if she can at least see the room and the answer was "You cannot see the room! You have seen the photos on the booking site"! So, we were asked to leave. IMMEDIATELY, after about ONE MINUTE we were charged 100% of the money by the hotel! Without a reservation, without checking in, without seeing our IDs! Got back demanding explanation and were arrogantly told, that this is their policy?! My wife got upset and asked for a refund and agreed to pay any form of cancellation but was denied with "It is too late". My wife started crying and the argument continued to the level that we were DENIED STAY at the hotel and told to LEAVE immediately and NEVER COME AGAIN! The Receptionist called someone and said, that she will consider us as a "NO SHOW" in order to keep our money! We had nothing else to do but call the POLICE (which I regret I didn't do) and were forced to leave the hotel with my wife having a very severe nervous breakdown! We called the booking customer care phone number TWICE for help and both times were put on hold for over 20 minutes, resulting in heavy roaming charges and never got ANYTHING back as a call or e-mail. Oops, we actually did got FINALLY a conformation at 1:43 pm.. after we were KICKED out from the hotel! They wanted to COVER themselves! We left in horror and found a new hotel.

rooms are not good as shown in picture. very noisy rooms (close to high way). spend a little more dollares and enjoy your stay
