We had an amazing time with my kids there everything is near the hotel the beach the shops short walk which is good member of the hotel fantasic people I notice even the visitors there were with family very welcoming .i came early with my kids but still the gave me a room with no extra charge .so please as I heard it a family Bussiness run hotel they know what means to have kids in a hotel no complain but happy face to wellcome us.

An old office building in the "Atarim" square turned into a hotel. Rooms vary in size, view and noise level. Paid a little extra for a large and quiet suite,that included a kitchenette. Though a kettle and fridge were available in the room, no supplies were provided. Furniture is minimal: A table, an armchair, a double-bed, a TV, bathroom with a shower-stall. The "balcony" is, in fact, a public passage divided by a makeshift fence to make it "private". Free WiFi is rather slow but I was able to make VoIP and Video calls. No hotel parking lot, but there is plenty of paid (and very little free) parking around. No breakfast offered, but one can enjoy breakfast in any of the nearby hotels or Cafes. No lobby and no fitness centre. For someone looking for a place just to spend the night(s), not a resort hotel, the hotel offers great value for your money. At less than half the nightly rate of the surrounding hotels, you get a decent room in a good location by the Tel-Aviv beach. 15 minutes walk to the Tel-Aviv old Harbour's entertainment and shopping. A minute from the Tel-Aviv marina and promenade. 30 minutes (by foot) or 10 minutes (by cab) to pretty much any point in Central Tel-Aviv. The only real caveat with this hotel is its entrance: It is located one floor above street level, and there is no elevator. You will need to hand-carry your luggage up and down.

It's a decent place to stay if you don't want to spend a lot on a fancy hotel. Rooms were fairly clean with the exception of some stains on the sheets. Very spacious though. The location is why we went there really.

Quite hard to find if u dont notice the small signs. Taxi cannot stop at the entrance coz the entrance is one floor up with dirty stairs ...

The rooms were smaller than the picture. Entrance to the hotel was via a main road underground . Hotel staff told me that breakfast started at 7.30 and only after cancellation and frustration with trying to find where the breakfast was I cancelled and moved to a better hotel only 100 yards up the road.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and had a convenient kitchen area.

It was unfortunate that there was no WiFi in the hotel or in the room. My understanding was that there would be a jacuzzi in the room--there wasn't.The facilities in the pre-booking blurb did not match the real facilities in the property.

This hotel is hard to find - you will not find it without help. Call first to find out where to park your car or where to take a cab. From the parking ramp you walk up two flights of steps. We reserved the low-price room but it was pretty small and so we upgraded to a room facing the beach - MUCH better. The whole hotel is one corridor and sits underneath the Marina hotel and about 100 yards south of the Carlton. You are two stories above the beach looking out on the sailboat marina. The hotel was half the price of the Carlton and, in our view, much better.

A few friends a d I needed a quick hotel for one night. We needed a room that would allow 4 ppl in one room. We're all related so we didn't want to get two rooms if we didn't need to, we were able to stay in one room and were very happy with the room!!

Good location across the street from one end of the beach, entrance just above Marina Hotel entrance. Large room and bed. Hotel staff very helpful very late at night. Anytime check-in was vital and helpful.
