Staff was very helpful. Location of the hotel was great. Walk out on the common exterior balcony and have a great view of the marina and beach. Easy walk to the beach and restaurant just upstairs. Rooms were clean, the indoor jacuzzi worked great. A 15 minute drive to the Azrieli Center mall/Dizengoff mall.

The shower and sauna were the best. The mattress was firm and we had clean towels & bedsheets! The room was tastefully decorated and modern. There is a beautiful beach and great restaurants, one of which is the London Cafe/Restaurant. The only tricky part is to find our way to the beautiful hotel. The owner, his beautiful daughter and staff were warm, friendly and helpful. I would have given a full 5-star rating had it not been for the unfriendly & unsmiling female staff who refused to allow us to check out at 12.30 on the day of our departure. She said that allowing us to check out at 12 is quite late but we knew previously from the owner's daughter that their check-out time is 12 and she even said that we could request for 12.30 with no problem! I mentioned it to her but she flatly refused.

We arrived late at night, and had to leave very early the following morning. We rang to alert the hotel to this, but the extra bed in the booking was still not made up. Some 20 minutes was wasted with this that we could have used for sleeping instead. The room has a weird layout, with the jacuzzi-and-shower in the room and only the toilet and handbasin behind a door. This makes the place best for (honeymooner) couples, for families it is inconvenient. Being rather new, the taxi drivers did not know about it. They had to ring the hotel to find out about its locaiton.

In a prefect location next to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the trendy Cafe's and Restaurants where local Tel Avivians play and live. Its a small boutique type hotel, but more serviced apartments style, friendly helpful staff and clean, modern large rooms. Impossible to fault. Perfect for a few days or week in Tel Aviv.

We arrived at 11:30 and asked for a early check in. The lady in the reception was nice and finally we got the room at 13:30 instead of 15:00, what helped us a lot. the room was nice - a bit smaller than what we expected (we took the honeymoon suite) and the toilets are disappointing without a comfortable place for shaving or brushing your teeth, but the rest of the room was very nice - the bed is big and comfortable, the jacuzzi is great, the water are best. the most dissapointing point is the balcony - it's a joined balcony with all the other rooms, seperated by 3 plants so that anyone can look into your room when the curtain is off. we wanted to hang in the jacuzzi and look at the sea and just could'nt do it. very annoying. finally, the staff was great. the location is excellent.
