Our pool and spa areas are open between 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday and an adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18 in these areas Please note that we dog-friendly hotel will incur an additional charge of £20 per dog, per night (maximum 2 dogs allowed per room). Upon arrival, please be informed that a pre-authorization of £50.00 per night will be taken on your credit card as a security measure for any incidentals that may occur during your stay.This amount will not be charged to your card, but will be held temporarily. After you check out and provided there are no damages or outstanding charges, the pre-authorized amount will be released back to your credit card. The release process may take a few days depending on your bank's policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
