Nicely placed for seeing Bournemouth without having to use the car.

Room had no glasses for us to use if we required water to drink

We liked everything the staff were so friendly and helpful, room was clean

To be honest that was the first hotel I’ve been to and it didn’t have a fridge or a mini bar, which is very inconvenient because we had some fruits and waters and we needed a fridge in room, second was the room didn’t have telephone! I mean how is this possible for a hotel If you can please take the following requests into consideration Thanks

Really comfortable room and everything is close to the hotel.

Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and lovely staff. The garden area beside the bar was also lovely.

The room was quite hot but couldn't open window till later at night as it's on a fairly busy road.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well looked after. The hotel has a very peaceful and calm atmosphere, which made our stay especially enjoyable. It is both dog-friendly and family-friendly, making it a great choice for guests travelling with children or pets. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and everything fresh and well presented. We also really enjoyed the spa area, which was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. What impressed us most, however, was the exceptional customer service. Due to unexpected circumstances, we were unable to check into another hotel we had originally planned to stay at. Late in the evening, we urgently booked a room here instead. Despite the late booking, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. After checking in, we realised that the first room was not quite suitable for our family with a child. When I politely explained the situation, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They showed us three different rooms and kindly allowed us to choose the one that would be most comfortable for our family. Thanks to their flexibility and understanding, our daughter had her own sofa bed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. This trip was also special because I was celebrating my birthday, so it meant even more to receive such thoughtful care and attention from the team. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and every member of staff we met was friendly, professional, and always smiling. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future.

Nice outdoor garden. Nice bar area and good breakfast. Staff friendly.

Standard double very basic. Just a wood en rail for clothes making the room look unkempt and untidy. No toiletries in bathroom, nowhere to put tooth brushes. No glasses for water.

The hotel looks nice and the location from where I was and needed to be was very good

The food on the evening meal I felt was very poor. The menu showed 7 items for the main meal, however on the night 2 of them were not available. This then put the menu limited. I decided to order the fish and chips. When it arrived I thought it was the child’s portion. There were ten chips and the smallest fish I have ever seen. I could have gone to a fish and chips shop got more and at cheaper prices. Breakfast was warm but not hot. Bacon was very salty and could not eat it. The brown sauce had been vinegar down and runny. I won’t be staying again

Automatic 12.5% service charge in restaurant which is a bit much. Usually 10%. Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast Lift was a bit inadequate for number of rooms
