Sehr schönes Hotel, gleich neben dem Schloss. Große Zimmer! Schöner Balkon! Blick ins Grüne. Gute Koordination mit Taxi Unternehmen, sodass unser Gepäck nach London kam und wir weiter reisen konnten.

Mini Bar leider nicht befüllt.

"The worst disappointment"

It was my wedding night and I explicitly wrote that on my reservation not even a welcome note not even a single Chocolate as a welcome. I’ve been working in hospitality 15 years of my life and true moments like this mattered a lot. Not even a complimentary drink etc Worse we checked in at 12.30 am and the front desk girl was absolutely cold nothing to make us feel welcome. The worst disappointment ever.
