Great location, spacious rooms. Great gym

Some work being completed Saturday morning before 9. Not too bad.

It was my wedding night and I explicitly wrote that on my reservation not even a welcome note not even a single Chocolate as a welcome. I’ve been working in hospitality 15 years of my life and true moments like this mattered a lot. Not even a complimentary drink etc Worse we checked in at 12.30 am and the front desk girl was absolutely cold nothing to make us feel welcome. The worst disappointment ever.

I didn’t like this hotel it’s dramatically dropped in standard & im disappointed i stayed here for my anniversary and will not be visiting again. I will also be telling my friends and family this hotel has dramatically dropped in standard and gone up in price

Wasn’t a nice stay

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The staff were welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast was buffet style and beautifully presented with a range of food choices. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, we also had a large balcony overlooking the green. The indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were very relaxing and would highly recommend. We visited Kew gardens which is only a 10 minute drive.

The only criticism I have is the room was too hot at night.

Comfortable hotel close to Kew Gardens and walking trails. Attentive hotel staff. Good pool and sauna. Good breakfast and lattes was tasty and convenient.
