The pool was part of the wellness accommodation. Perhaps a charge-free recreation pool area would have been nice to cool off in the heat

The Hotel was excellent, as were at the staff. It was complimented by a good restaurant and food.

The Spa facilities. I went with the impression that the use of the pool was free, but you had to pay for the gym and Spa as it was for over 18s. When we went for a swim we were told that the Gym was free and that you had to pay £25 per person for everything else including the pool for a 2hour period. Unfortunately we never had a swim as my wife and I only like to swim for about 15minutes and thought it just wasn’t worth £50 and we don’t use anything else in the Spa.
