Please note that some facilities at our hotel will be closed during the following period due to renovation work on the Nisshokan building: 1st April - 31st July, 2026 During this period, the Nisshokan's large public baths, "Genbudo" and "Iso no Yu," will be unavailable. Please note that our shuttle boat service will be suspended for maintenance on the following dates: 7th May - 24th July, 2026 During this period, a shuttle bus will operate between Hotel Urashima and the tourist pier at 20-minute intervals.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

お部屋からの景色が、最高でした！ 海の表情が刻々と変化していく様子はずっと眺めていられます。 洞窟風呂も、アトラクションを体験しているみたいな感覚。波しぶきや波の音、迫力あります。

お風呂がよかった　本当に帰るのを忘れる忘帰洞だった。 中にコンビニがあって便利だった。

忘帰洞が良かった。

ホテル所有の船でのチェックインが利用できなし、玄武洞も使用できないのなら、宿泊費の減額や次回利用できる割引クーポンを発行するべき。ホテルリューアル期間に宿泊した客はハズレを引いた感が強い。

"One of a kind hotel with great staff. Love it"

One of a kind hotel. The cave onsen and service is top notch. It can be quite busy, but the staff always does their best to notice staff needs and would go the extra mile for kids. Meals may not be the best as what other reviews say, but dinner was great fun with live tuna cutting and free flow and large assortment of alcohol. An experience not to be missed

"瑕不掩瑜，旅館還是很有水準的"

溫泉很舒服，早晚餐皆有一定的水準

早餐時，其他的客人托盤端咖啡不慎倒下潑到我的鞋子，客人一下就離開並未道歉，我得自行清理我被弄髒的新鞋
