The room was very comfortable and quite large. It had a coffee machine and more than enough supplies of tea etc. The location was great for my needs.

Close to the beach, on site parking, great meals available at the hotel. Spacious room. Very friendly staff.

All properties in this area are expensive therefore the quality of the rooms isn’t what you would expect for the price. The balcony on my room didn’t look at the beach and was very noisy due to the traffic, the room was quiet as there is double glazing.

Wifi was slow, and also couldnt get cellular data in the room, must've been a dead spot for Telstra? No fault of the hotel.

Huge quiet room.

The saggy mattress and huge pillow.

Access, cleanliness, good sound proofing as was on a main road right by the traffic lights. Plenty of hot water for a long soak in the bath. Excellent response b staff member when we received the incorrect order for dinner. Rapidly replaced with many apologies.

2 Queen beds was a bit overkill. 2 king singles would have left room for a comfy chair instead of having to lie on the bed all the time. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Scrambled egg was more like a chopped up omelette and the ham and cheese croissant was overdone with very little ham and cheese.

So close to the beach, really felt safe and secure in the room, balcony was really private, everything worked well, friendly staff. Felt like a home away from home.
