"More than happy, will be back when I next need to visit Narrabeen."

Location was perfect. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was good and staff were accommodating.

Difficult to find on a Friday night. A bit noisy from venue downstairs. Was hoping room may have had a better view!

"Over priced for a very average room"

Location

Room 223 has to be the worst room in the hotel. Not the cleanest, fridge odd layout, smell in the bathroom. Bed linen had a weird smell. This room is in desperate need of a makeover. Have stayed in the hotel before but will never stay in this room again. Asked reception staff to change rooms on the second night as we were uncomfortable, there was a room available and she said no that she couldn’t change us to another room as she would have to have the cleaners stay longer to clean the room we wanted to vacate. Not the greatest customer service.
