he spa was broken which was upsetting otherwise a nice place to stay

The boutique description was spot on. Bed was super comfortable. Good size TV. Lounge comfy.

Maybe it was just my room as it faced the shunting railway line, which was busy. Pub on other side, so rather noisy. Walls like paper, so I heard the noises coming from either side. Lovely idea saying boutique but not very quiet. Advised to use carpark cause if I park on the street, it's not advisable. Would I stay again? Nope....

Sadly, the whole place is really starting to show a lack of upkeep 😩 Mattresses are old and saggy. A/C missing covers, gardens overgrown or dying

Beautiful bed, amazing spa bath. Everything is so beautifully decorated.

Spa was quiet, clean and spacious. Communication with staff were very helpful and after hours check in was easy. Free parking was easy to find.

The room had a strong musty smell which couldn’t be aired out due to not being able to open the windows. The floor across the room was notably uneven and you can hear water pipes being used from other rooms throughout the night.

The room had a terrible smell to it, maybe mould, that burnt your nose. The smell in the toilet room was even worse, the back of the toilet door was covered in mould and there was a square part of the wall cut out and laying on the floor.
