The bed was unfortunately saggy and uncomfortable

Cleanliness of room absolutely atrocious

Le logement est près de la gare mais un peu loin du centre mais cela se fait facilement à pied. Le frigo est rempli de boissons ou de snack (payant) si vous avez besoin.

La propreté, la chambre est très grande, et c'est de la moquette, la poussière n'était pas faite partout (au niveau du bureau, sous le lit etc.) . En soit ce n'est pas très grave si vous n'êtes pas asthmatique.

My room got robbed whilst i was sleeping

The Bed was very comfortable

It was next to a railway crossing and trains went past throughout the night. I didn't realise it was next to one until we got there.

Spa bath was a nice touch Great Western Hotel across the road do a nice pub meal

Smell - very overpowering.smell like room deodoriser/cleaner. When we got there, had to air room out for an hour or so Lighting - very dark in the room Breakfast - very ordinary Bed was soft

Location worked very well for us, the room suited our needs, the bed was the most comfortable you could find in motel/ hotel accomodation and the proximity of the Great Western Hotel across the road for meals and drinks was fabulous.

Just a small amount of maintenance like light bulbs.

Large room, ability to check in late

Didn’t meet she staff as reception not manned overnight - bath in the room is a little odd and whilst unique it is a little dated - road noise can be loud
