Nothing

Nothing the room smelled like urine. The mattress was uncomfortable u literally sank into a hole. Had no hot water after 9pm when we went to have a shower. Trains going past shock the building. We left because of how much the room smelled. I will never go back to this place room 9. Needs a complete make over

Location is handy to the city and was quiet the 1 night we stayed. Bed and lounge extra comfortable. Appreciate having a bar fridge in the room. A microwave would be handy for those with special dietary needs as often we struggle to find places to eat that can cater. Some accom businesses can provide a small microwave on request so the business dies not have to have the expense of purchasing one microwave for every room. We arrived late and left early so unable to check if this was possible.

Really disappointed there was no plug for the spa bath which was the reason why we booked this accommodation. The skirting board behind the bed had not been cleaned in a long time and champagne corks left under the lounge.

We loved the room. It was comfortable and spacious. Great water pressure too.

The room wasn't ready. It didn't seem properly cleaned. There were dirty towels on top of the cupboard (You could see them when you stood in the shower). There wasn't an extra blanket or pillows for the bed. We were there 3 days and we weren't offered fresh towels or a mini bar refresh.
