Great location with very helpful staff. Very good breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

Book the cheaper rooms. They have darker curtains and you will hear less street noises. Suite was great but more noisy and you wake up earlier due to the white curtains.

Outstanding hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens and views of the city. Close to the plaza. Hot showers. Sweet dining area, set up for easy hanging space to read, play games, write and do phone business.

Nothing. This is a fantastic deal, wonderful hotel.

Everything…the staff, the room, breakfast…everything was perfect. One very small suggestion…vary the fruit at breakfast, some mango and banana would be great.

Nice courtyard and nice views if your room has a balcony. Pancakes were freshly made.

By 9am there was very little breakfast food remaining and NO coffee, staff did not offer to provide more. Room 1 (family room) was facing the road and extremely noisy. Heavy traffic from 530am until 11pm at night. Staff were not friendly and I asked two different staff members to investigate cocoa leaf reading (Maria and Francisca) and nobody responded to me.

Fantastic service from Juanita and excellent food from Juanita. Thanks to both of you - you made our stay so nice, and we would like to come back

Good location near the city square. They packed us a sandwich and fruit to go when we were checking out early for our Inca trail tour which was a nice touch (just tell them the night before).

Situated on a cobble stone one-way; a couple of rooms are close to the road and you can hear the cars go down all night. It sounds like a gush of wind every time - ear plugs Is a must
