Breakfast was amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is cute, with rustic vibes, but clean and comfortable. There is a garden in the patio, in front of the rooms and the restaurant that is just perfect. The view from the porch to the garden is also amazing. You can see the top of the buildings from Plaza de Armas from there. Location is also convenient, two blocks away from the town.

The staff was great and helpful.The room was spotless. There was a nice heater in the room. You get nice filtered water The building and souroundings are is very charming.

We had to leave before breakast one morning. We orded the breakfast to bring with us (included). It was extremelig small.

Lovely and very kind and helpful staff. It’s a quite oasis located not far from the Center. I had an amazing time and big thank you to the amazing staff helping me with my arrival in Peru. It felt like home here for me. Thank you Analie Everything is very clean and it has a restaurant for dinner. I recommend that place highly if you are looking for something quite , local and small and cozy.

The sink tap had some issues sometimes.

After my Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley I came back here again. I spend the days before MP here I stored my luggage. Best decision El Balcón for my stay at Cusco. Really love this place.

Precio desorbitado para lo que es. Habitación donde nacen pingüinos y meterse en la cama con esas sábanas en deporte de alto riesgo … un congelador, dejas el radiador encendido para cuando vienes de una excursión y encontrarte la habitación calentita y cuando llegas te lo encuentras apagado con ganas de salir corriendo

The staff was very accomodating and the rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The food was delicious as well.
