"Our home away from home in Cusco"

We were planning to book another hotel to be with friends but their hotel was full and we booked at El Balcón. We are so lucky we did because our experience was amazing. We felt very much at home. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are so clean. The views are beautiful and we spent many mornings just enjoying sitting on the balcony overlooking the city morning and night. The little restaurant with included breakfast is amazing. We got to know Juana, Marleni and Nelly and they made it feel like home. I would look forward to staying here again!

Um dos melhores cafés da manhã do Peru que provamos, equipe bem atenciosa, tem água disponível para enchermos a garrafinha, bem localizado, instalações confortáveis.

Para quem não está disposto ou bem aclimatado, para chegar no hotel a pé precisa subir alguns lances de escadas amplas que sao inclinadas. O banheiro poderia ter uma cortina com vedação melhor para reter o vapor e evitar corrente de ar fria

La amabilidad del personal de cocina. Muy amables y profesionales. Comida y atención. La casona es muy bonita pero le falta cuidado.

Habitaciones pobremente aisladas del ruido y del frío. Un fiasco total! Atención en la recepción muy por debajo de la media.
