The Grandview Condos on Seven Mile Beach

Great location. Very private and centrally located too.

We stayed the first week in December and had a great time. Our unit (822) was spacious and had a nice view of the water. Beach is a bit tough for swimming but great snorkeling. Just get some water shoes and you are good to go. Wonderful trees on the beach so you could spend the day and have some shade! The beach was quiet - we had it to ourselves most days. Staff very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and helped us book a snorkeling and stingray trip (HIGHLY recommended). All in all and amazing week...we will return. Mexican restaurant out in front is great!

The property is very conveniently located to George Town and the beaches of 7 mile beach. The staff were very helpful allowing us to use beach chairs and umbrellas, giving us information on attractions and restaurants. The condo was nicely furnished and of large size. It contained two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I would highly recommend staying at the Grandview.

Stayed on 7 mile beach many times, these are lovely condo's in a great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and a major Kirk grocery store. Staff excellent and spotlessly clean.

I love a good beach and have been to many. While the water in grand cayman is breathtakingly beautiful and there a spots of luxurious sand along 7 mile beach, the location of this condo was disappointing. The beach is incredibly rocky, from large boulders to pebbly sand that makes it unpleasant to walk and nearly impossible to wade out. We did not snorkle as we had our 2 year old with us, so that may be better. The condo was nice: spacious, great view anand all the amenities we needed. The office staff greeted us pleasantly and even brought our son a basketball since he showed interest in a flat one at the office. We did have issues with the hot water and since we were there for a long weekend and the office was closed, it took a while to get ahold of the on call manager. Overall, a pleasant stay, but we did not fall in love with Grand Cayman.

The property was very clean and the service was great. I will definitely return to The Grandview Condos on seven mile beach.

Spacious condo with a great location and amazing views.

The grounds were very nice with great pool and manicured lawns. Quiet, and close to everything. Friendly staff that took care of couple of requests quickly. The unit was clean when we arrived but housekeeping schedule was confusing and we had to ask for clean bath towels at one point during our 10-day stay. Both of the bath tubs were clogged in our unit so water backed up during showers. One of the bathroom sinks too. Thought housekeeping would have noticed during their rounds and mentioned it to management. Unit could use some painting/repairs.

Our second time there, and we would love to come back. Excellent clean condos, not many people around, and a great beach to lounge on. Getting into the water is difficult, due to rocks, so it may not be the best place for children, but it's a terrific place to stay for a relaxing vacation for adults.

Very nice condo, loved sitting out in the lanai listening to the waves. Our Condo was well equipped and very clean. The grounds were well kept. The whole place was very quiet and we basically had the pool and hot tub to ourselves all week. The management was very kind and welcoming. She took care of all of our needs or request. Would definitely recommend
