The Grandview Condos on Seven Mile Beach

First time condo rental. Worked out fabulously! Very clean, easily accessible to the rest of the island, very quite, great staff, and a well supplied condo were all enjoyed. Our visit was timed past “tourist season (November through April). Minimal cruise ships at port made it easy to get around and no need for reservations dining out made for a hassle free stay. Property is at lower end of SMB with excellent snorkeling practically right in front of condo. There are rocks along the shoreline, but they are easily accessible around. Just bring water shoes. Pool is very nice also. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo when we weren’t on an excursion and went out for dinner each nights as restaurants weren’t crowded. Our favorites included Luca and The Wharf for fine dining. We went to Catch and heard great things about Calypso, but didn’t have the time to fit it in. Island is expensive, so be sure to bring your wallet. We found Grandview to be an excellent choice for our needs.

This condo is the last true gem on Seven Mile Beach. It might not be as fancy as the big complexes but it is as clean and private as you will find. The property is really well maintained. The location is nice and the condo is ok, but it has some issues, mainly with the kitchen. First- sugar ants everywhere! So, you need to buy ziplock to bag your food or you have to throw it out and buy more as it will be ant infested- this happened to us. Second- broken microwave- so we had to deal with asking for a replacement on and then 3 workers walking in and out of our condo all day doing repairs, which didn't work. After all that we were left with a gaping hole in the wall where the broken microwave used to be and a cheap dorm micro sitting on the counter taking up counter space, watched over the sugar ants. Not ideal. Next time I'd book elsewhere I think.

The Grandview is located perfectly on seven mile beach, close to almost anything you could want. First class accomadations which are kept immaculate. Great value for true get-a-way.

Awesome condo. Certainly is paradise. Beach 10 steps from door. Quiet area. Going back for long next year.

We had a great time at Grand View and would definitely go back. I’m just waiting for Hotels.com to refund us for the difference in price between the oceanfront room we paid for and the ocean view room that was available. I’m hoping they handle it quickly because the hold up does not appear to be with Grand View.

This was our second time at the Grand View. The condos are modern and clean . They staff is very accommodating and pleasant. We definitely are going back again and would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent view and within steps of the beach. Due to the mix of permanent residents and units for rental it felt quiet and secluded from the crowds. The grounds, pool and spa were always maintained very well and the management staff was very accommodating and genuinely interested in insuring our stay was great.
