Very nice people and Service

Visited Cedar manor for afternoon tea and it was absolutely fabulous. Lovely greeting on arrival.. we were served warm savoury starters of soup and a second course of mini fish cakes . It was followed by the freshest sandwiches, cakes and scones. I can’t praise the service and food highly enough.

We booked a 6 night stay at Cedar Manor to both provide a base for exploring the Lakes as well as a treat for my wife’s birthday and as soon as we arrived we knew that we would not be disappointed. The building and gardens were both spectacular and the interior was just as good with tasteful and sympathetic decor in the Lounge bar, small lounge and breakfast room which had obviously been designed with top quality and attention to detail in both decoration and fittings. Our room was beautifully appointed and we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome by Caroline and Jonathan who provided a hotel with attention to detail in all aspects of comfort and service as well s friendly advise to help us fully explore the beautiful area. An experience toe remember.
