Stayed here a couple nights on a business trip. Good size room on the 26 floor (crazy numbering system) exec lounge on the 27th is Ok. breakfast is the normal fare, only lacking an espresso maker. Clean, good ac, overall very good.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while on a business trip. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There is a nice park across the street if you want to take a leisurely stroll or go for a run.

I choose this hotel because of my unmatched experience in their food service department. I was impressed by the girls met in MoMo Cafe everyday during my breakfast. They are so professional and kind, proactively take care of all your needs. We met everyday and got their sweet greetings as fresh start of a day. I finally got to know their names, Jessica, Yura Xing. Thank you all for your great service! I will be back to this hotel soon, so look forward to seeing you all again.

I've stayed here many times and it's always very nice with very friendly staff and clean consistent accommodations. My only gripe would be internet speed as at times it is fairly quick and other times very slow. I would push to have this improved as many people stay for business and it's important to have good, fast internet during our stays.

Am comparing this hotel's experience with the SAME courtyard marriott in Shanghai Central. I am not so happy with the experience overall and here are the issues I experienced: 1. Chair for computer desk could not be adjusted in height. Hotel should have checked and fixed this very minor issue right away. 2. Building facility seemed a bit run down. Moreover, the exit door leading to stairs were not allowed due to another hotel occupying 1 floor somewhere in the same building (am guessing 3rd floor). Was suprised to was told to not go through the stairs exit as I like to do the stairs exercise when I was in the other courtyard. 3. The other very surprising thing is I saw a bed bug or something similar (bug) crawling on the bathroom's floor. I was very surprised that I had to quickly squash it.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The hotel rooms were nice.

Was staying here for 3 days for business trip before moving to Suzhou. Check in were very fast as I have checked in using my Marriott mobile app. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a larger room due to my member status and it is a very nice room. Clean and comfortable. The only things I would recommend is to have more restaurant in this hotel as only 1 western restaurant here. The breakfast here is good. The small wantan here is superb but did not serve everyday. So if you have a chance, this is a must grab breakfast item.

Having stayed in Courtyard multiple times over the last year and a half, I have become quite used to it. As a gold member now, I get access to the lounge on 27th floor, which is a nice place to relax after a day's work. Being a vegetarian, I would prefer if some more vegetarian options are added in the food menu. Having said that, the downtown market is just 10 mins drive away with many vegetarian options. PS: The staff is very courteous and willing to help. If you do not know Mandarin, you may face some initial hiccups communicating with them.
