Location of hotel is ideal

Staff on reception at check in at breakfast was very blunt and not really friendly,the mattress was really soft and not very supportive,,,this was our 3rd visit here ,not the usual this time

Gym is not on site. The rooms was tired. The lighting was poor. There was a big security light right outside my window.

"Fabulous hotel"

The room was huge, super clean - lovely hotel. All the staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful.
